Atlas Recovered from a serious HW failure.

On Tuesday 07:00, GMT +01:00 there was a serious HW failure that caused a total downtime of 5 hours. OS, application states, and Data Storage have been recovered successfully. That being said, we will keep all of our systems monitored in detail, so please report anything that may seem unusual. We will also have the issue in watching state for a few more days.
