Migration is now completed. Our goal is now reached as our top priority was not to loose a single bit of data. 4 days ago, we identified a failing disk in one of storage clusters in subnet .14. As our Arrays are RAID0 for maximized performance, we had to replace all disks of affected storage cluster and migrate all cloudboxes involved to the new cluster.
Cloudboxes affected faced a down time from several hours to 4 days the most.
As we are aware it was a frustrating situation for all users affected, we decided to credit those affected with 7 days of their subscribed plan.
