There was a degraded DNS resolution that resulted in slow response times in our Front End UI. Issue has been identified and resolved.
We have identified a bad memory module on node CP07 and we are making the required actions to bring the node online the soonest possible.
UPDATE: Memory Module has been replaced, server is up and running in and good state. All affected Cloudboxes will be credited for the amount of time Cloudbox was down.
