We identified that there is a disk about to fail. Our current procedures is the following
- Move data of affected boxes (~8 boxes) to healthy disks array
- Replace disk
- Recreate volumes
- Move back to data
- Bring cloudboxes affected back online
Do note that this procedure comes in best effort and it's a long and careful process.
For those affected, if anyone of you don't care about the data, please contact our support team to create you a new cloudbox and start fresh (we can also try extracting only the config data so you don't have to re-install apps)
